Description
This oval mirror is very decorative and small enough to fit in an entry to enhance the space and give the illusion of more room. It is one of those mirrors that could be hung in two directions to serve either as an entry or powder room mirror or sideways, as a mirror over a high boy. This makes it a versatile piece, one that can live through re-decorating cycles with grace. The mirror has a wood frame with applied gold gesso, done in a leaf and medallion pattern with accents at the top, bottom and both sides. This gives the mirror an organic appeal. The mirror is in very good condition with only one or two pin pricks of missing silvering. The frame is in very good condition with no visible damage.
