Florida art has become very popular across our country. Many reasons, not the least of which is the or casual life style. Floridians tend to appreciate the natural surroundings, and our artists have so beautifully recreated much of what we love. I think of art such as this as the precursor for the Florida Highwaymen, who have achieved such acclaim.
This artist found the landscape and beautiful sky his inspiration to paint. This is a windy afternoon with palm trees blowing in the distance. There are figures in the foreground leisurely walking along a pathway.
