Description
Here is a 1950’s cocktail hat by Nat Frank By Lee Leon New York. It is made of black velvet and is adorned with copper beaded loops. It has two velvet covered brackets near the back to hold it in place on the head. There is a tiny velvet bow where the brackets come together. It is lined with a black rayon material and a 3/4″ wide black grosgrain ribbon. The inside measurement is 19 3/4″. Very nice condition. The crown is slightly caved in when it is not worn but when it is put on it fills in.
